What do I get?
For one job posting: a tailored resume (every bullet rewritten for that posting, ATS-friendly), a cover letter written to the posting's priorities, and 15 likely interview questions with guidance built on your specific gaps. Delivered on-screen and as .docx downloads.
Will RoleLight invent experience I don't have?
No. Every fact in your tailored resume comes from your original resume. RoleLight reframes, reorders, and adopts the posting's vocabulary, but never fabricates metrics, titles, or experience. Anything else would hurt you in the interview.
How does the free match score work?
Paste a job description and your resume, and RoleLight analyzes both, with no signup and no payment. You see your score, the three biggest gaps, and one example rewrite for free. Paying unlocks the full kit.
What does it cost?
$5 for one application kit. That is a single payment for one job posting: no subscription, no tiers, nothing recurring.
What's your refund policy?
Full refund within 24 hours of purchase, self-serve. The refund link is at the bottom of your kit page: pick one quick reason (it helps us improve) and confirm. We honor the refund either way; your payment posts back to your card within a few business days.
What happens to my resume?
It's used only to generate your report and kit, never shared, never used to train AI models, and permanently deleted after 30 days along with your documents.
Can I use my LinkedIn profile instead of a resume?
Yes. On LinkedIn, open your profile, click 'More', then 'Save to PDF', and upload that file.
My job posting is a link, not text.
Paste the link directly into the job description box, and RoleLight fetches most postings automatically (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and most company career pages). A few boards, notably LinkedIn and Indeed, block automated access; if that happens you'll see a message asking you to paste the description text instead.
Something didn't work.
If generation fails, your kit page has a retry button and your payment is safe. If you're within 24 hours of purchase, the self-serve refund link always works, with no need to contact anyone.
